In this workshop, Kayla Huszar - Art As Therapy For Moms invites you to break free from these limiting beliefs and create new, joyful ones through the art of collage.
No experience? No problem! Whether you haven’t picked up a glue stick since you were 12 or you’re a seasoned creative, this event is for anyone looking for a creative outlet. Guided by expressive art and body-centred therapies, I’ll provide all the supplies you need for a low-key, hands-on experience that’ll leave you feeling inspired and recharged.
We’ll explore how to reconnect with the playful, joyful parts of ourselves that often get overshadowed by the busyness of life.
