SIGNAGE - Ensure your business has clear signage. You could put up additional signs in your window with a special/offer/product promotion, make sure your open sign is on, or utilize a sidewalk/sandwich board sign.
Put something outside - display some product that is eye catching and will encourage people to come see what else you have (for example a clothing rack / display rack, etc - get creative.
Remove barriers by propping open the door to encourage people to come in.
Be welcoming and let people with small children use the washroom if possible.
